Carbon Credits Consulting Srl (hereinafter, CCC ) in the figure of its Legal Representative pro tempore, Via del Monte 10, Bologna (BO) – 40126, is the Data Controller of the personal data of users collected during the use of the services of the this website.

CCC will process the personal data it comes into contact with in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency as well as the provisions of law and regulations for the following purposes:

  • Access to the website and navigation;
  • Management of information requests;

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

The interested users of the Site have the right, pursuant to articles. 15-22 GDPR, of:

  • Request for access to personal data : the user has the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her is being processed and, in this case, access to the data themselves. Access can be directed to obtain the following information:

  • Request for deletion of personal data : for the reasons indicated in the art. 17 GDPR, the interested party has the right to request from the Data Controller the deletion of the data without unjustified delay and the Data Controller has the obligation to delete the personal data of the interested party, provided that there is no obligation to conserve the data pursuant to law .
  • Request for limitation of data processing : if one of the hypotheses referred to in the art. 18 GDPR, the interested party has the right to request the limitation of the processing of data concerning him.
  • Request for data portability : the interested party has the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and readable format, the personal data concerning him/her provided to a Data Controller and has the right to transmit such data to another Data Controller if the processing is based on consent, on a contract or is carried out by automated means.
  • Request to object to processing : the interested party has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him at any time, for reasons related to his particular situation.
  • Revocation of consent : the interested party has the right, at any time and with the ease with which he gave it, to revoke consent to the processing of his personal data.
